This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for ProspectHalo subscriptions. It applies together with our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
2. Try before you pay
ProspectHalo offers a Free plan with 100 verified contacts and no credit card required. We encourage you to evaluate the product on the Free plan before purchasing a paid subscription.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund window
14-day money-back guarantee. If ProspectHalo is not a fit, contact us within 14 days and we will refund your first payment, as long as the account has not been heavily used or abused. We also refund duplicate, accidental, or clearly erroneous charges. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
5. What is not refundable
Beyond the 14-day window, payments for elapsed or partial billing periods, renewals that were not cancelled in time, and unused contact credits are generally non-refundable. Contact credits do not roll over between billing periods.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@prospecthalo.com from the email address on your account, including your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (for example, EU or UK distance-selling rules). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute, and it helps keep your account in good standing.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and continued use of a paid plan after an update means you accept the revised policy.
